We have recently acoustically treated the hall to reduce the high level of reverberation, which makes for a much improved ambience. It is now far less noisy, so voices are clearer and more audible- it is much easier to hold a conversation for example. The change is huge. This has been made possible thanks to a grant from East Suffolk Community Partnership, to whom we are very grateful. Pop in to the hall to hear the difference!
Clap test- before and after (mp3, standing in the same position relative to the microphone and clapping at the same loudness)
- Quiz Night - first Thursday of the month (no quiz in August or September)
- Natter & Chatter- first Friday of the month, 10-12am
- Table Tennis- every Tuesday evening from 7.30pm
- Kurling- 3rd Thursday of the month from 7.15pm
- Bingo - last Wednesday of the month

Tickets for events are usually available from Badingham Café, or online from Ticketsource: www.ticketsource.co.uk/badingham-village-hall
Badingham Village Hall is situated at the very centre of the village, halfway between the Church and the White Horse Pub. In addition to the regular community events there are one-off events including ceilidhs, talks, concerts and more.
During the warmer months, the herb garden behind the hall, run by a team of volunteers, is available for anyone to sit and chat, or collect some herbs for tea later.
Why not book the hall for your one-off event: birthday party, wedding, or other gathering? Rates are very reasonable, especially for residents, and the hall has all you need including a large modern, newly refurbished kitchen.
Parking- there is a small car park to the side of the hall, but plenty of parking on Low Street.

Our newly created herb garden behind the hall- feel free to sit, natter, contemplate, and help yourself to some produce!
